When reaching out about a bug or issue, including a few details can help us resolve things more quickly: let us know which device and operating system you're using, describe what happened and what you expected to happen, and attach a screenshot if possible. Delete Your Account
You can delete your Fluency account directly from the app at any time. Here's how:
- Open Fluency and tap your Profile tab.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top corner.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, all of your personal data is permanently removed, including your profile information, reading progress, saved words, and any other content associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.
Account deletion is processed immediately. No personal data is retained after deletion.
